2.1.7  Writing

After I had researched those two painters, I felt the need to go on with my own process again. My next wish was to write independently, I discussed this with my physio therapist and she decided to give me a few exercises to do. She held up a hula hoop and I had to trace it with a wooden stick in the air to exercise the letter O. After this she made several letters H,T,E and N on the floor and gave me the same assignment. When we had done this she fixed a pen on the wooden stick and I started to write on large white A3 paper on the floor, it was fun because I had never been able to write on such a large scale and be able to write on the floor whilst I was in my wheelchair. I also liked it because I did not have to write between the lines and the letters could stand on the paper in anyway they came out, an example of this is shown below.

Photos of letters I wrote using a wooden stick with a thick red pen attached to the end with sticky tape. Letter O,S N AND M free standing not on lines.
